With Disperse data, I could determine which of the 33 floors and 330+ flats were behind, on programme, or ahead of program in a couple of hours. I could track where our two key trades (drywall and MEP) had their resources.
With these insights, we decided to ‘bomb’ the lower floors that were struggling badly and moved resources to keep on programme further up the tower. We dealt with the lower apartments with a separate programme and resources.
