Challenge

As a new GC taking over after the project was 18 months behind schedule, the team needed a reliable way to identify scope that was incorrectly installed to rectify as quickly as possible. In addition, the team needed to have detailed documentation of rework so that they could correctly bill for this scope.

"Disperse points out these issues twice as quickly as we could ever find them on our own."
Project Engineer

The previous GC executed on much of the scope incorrectly, frequently laying ductwork, plumbing, and electrical out of sequence and at incorrect heights. While we can, and did, go out in the field with 11 x 17s to verify installation status, Disperse points out these issues twice as quickly as we could ever find them on our own.

‍Disperse even pointed out locations where the bathtub piping drains and faucets were plumbed incorrectly, despite some of these bathtubs being complete with fixtures.

This has allowed us to address these issues in a way that minimizes additional impact to the cost and schedule of the project.
